LAUNCHING CEREMONY OF SMART SYSTEM AT AIR MOVEMENT CENTRE, RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Tuesday 05 December 2023 – The Aircraft Innovation Support (AIS) from the Air Engineering Unit (AEU) of No. 5 Wing hosted the Service, Manufacture And Repair Tracking (SMART) system launching event at the Air Movement Centre. The aim of the event was to showcase the recently developed in-house system capability in digitising the current process. The SMART system aims to centralise data and information, while also serving as a digital platform that delivers accountability, traceability, transparency and efficiency.

Rimba Air Force Base, Tuesday, 5 December 2023 – The Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) Commander, Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohammad Sharif bin Dato Paduka Hj Ibrahim received a Farewell Call from the outgoing Defence Adviser (DA) of Australia to Brunei Darussalam, Wing Commander Matt Charles Xerri.

RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Monday, 4 December 2023 – The Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) Commander, Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohammad Sharif bin Dato Paduka Haji Ibrahim received a Farewell Call from Colonel Stewart Taylor, the outgoing Canadian Defence Attaché (DA) accredited to Brunei Darussalam and an Introductory Call from Captain Hugues Canuel, RCN, the incoming Canadian DA and Lieutenant Colonel Gregory A. Nette, the incoming Deputy Canadian DA in Republic of Singapore accredited to Brunei Darussalam.
RBAIRF OFFICERS GRADUATED FROM THE 23rd INTERMEDIATE STAFF COURSE
KAMPONG TANAH JAMBU, Thursday, 30 November 2023 – A total of 9 Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) officers completed the 23rd Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) Intermediate Staff Course (ISC) hosted by the Leadership and Management Centre (LMC), Defence Academy, Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF).
MILITARY CADETS OF MASIN SECONDARY SCHOOL EDUCATIONAL VISIT TO RBAirF
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Wednesday, 29 November 2023 – A group of 25 students, accompanied by 2 teachers from the Military Cadets at Masin Secondary School, participated in an educational visit to the Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) today as part of their end-of-year school activities before the start of the school holidays.
RBAirF OFFICER ATTENDS ASEAN MARITIME SECURITY RESEARCH FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM IN CANBERRA, AUSTRALIA
CANBERRA, AUSTRALIA, Tuesday, 21 November 2023 – The ASEAN Maritime Security Research Fellowship Program successfully concluded today with all the participating scholars delivering the final presentation followed by a certificate and commemorative coin presentation.
