EXERCISE PACIFIC ANGEL 23-3 CLOSING CEREMONY
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Friday, 15 September 2023 – The Closing Ceremony for Exercise Pacific Angel (Ex PACANGEL) 23-3 between the Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) and United States Pacific Air Forces (US PACAF) was held today at the Air Movement Centre (AMC), Rimba Air Force Base (Rimba AFB). The 5-day exercise was successfully conducted from 11 to 15 September 2023.
CEMETERY CLEANING CAMPAIGN HELD IN CONJUNCTION WITH RBAF 62 ANNIVERSARY CONDUCTED BY NO. 7 WING
BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Thursday, 14 September 2023 – Another cemetery cleaning campaign, Recital of Surah Yassin and Tahlil conducted by airmen from No. 7 Wing, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) at the Kampong Pulaie Muslim Cemetery for the late Lance Corporal (U) Muhammad Sharin bin Ahmad. As well as being part of RBAirF efforts toward Community Outreach, this campaign was held in conjunction with the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) 62nd Anniversary.
JUNGLE SURVIVAL TRAINING FOR STUDENT PILOTS SESSION 02/2023
TEMBURONG, Friday, 15 September 2023 – A total of 04 Student Pilots from 73 Squadron, No. 7 Wing, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) underwent Jungle Survival Training and Rescue Simulation in Temburong District from 11 to 15 September 2023.
BALLOONS AND THREAT EVALUATION SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT EXCHANGE WITH PACIFIC INTEGRATED AIR AND MISSILE DEFENCE CENTER (PIC)
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Friday, 15 September 2023 – Officers from No. 2 Wing and 77 Squadron, No. 7 Wing, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) participated in a Subject Matter Expert Exchange (SMEE) series with the Pacific Integrated Air and Missile Defence Center (PIC). The SMEE, held by the United States of Pacific Air Force (US PACAF) was conducted via video teleconference (VTC). The topics focused on Balloons and Threat Evaluation.

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Thursday, 14 September 2023 - In conjunction with the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) 62nd Anniversary, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) Headquarters and No. 6 Wing held a cemetery cleaning campaign, Recital of Surah Yassin and Tahlil at the Jame Asr Hassanal Bolkiah Muslim Cemetery. The campaign was held as part of RBAirF efforts toward Community Outreach. Airmen from the RBAirF Headquarters and No. 6 Wing, together with parents of the late Allahyarham Lieutenant (U) Pg Hj Arif Iskandar bin Pg Hj Shahbudin were present during the campaign.
PROMOTION CEREMONY FOR SENIOR NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICERS OF SUPPORT GROUP RBAirF
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Thursday, 14 September 2023 - A Promotion Ceremony for three Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCOs) from Support Group, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) was held at No. 4 Wing Lobby, Rimba Air Force Base (Rimba AFB). Among those promoted were one Acting Staff Sergeant and two Acting Sergeant from No. 4 Wing, and No. 5 Wing, RBAirF, respectively.
