02 OFFICERS FROM NO. 3 WING ATTENDS THE PRECISION APPROACH RADAR/AERODROME COURSE AT THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE
BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Sunday, 19 February 2023 –
As part of strengthening bilateral relations and defence diplomacy with
the Republic Singapore Air Force (RSAF), two (02) Royal Brunei Air
Force (RBAirF) officers from Airspace Control/Early Warning Squadron
(ACEWS), No. 3 Wing, Operations Group, RBAirF have been sent to attend
Precision Approach Radar/Aerodrome Course in Republic of Singapore for
six (06) months. The course will commence on 20 February to 21 August
2023.
CLOSING CEREMONY FOR HUMAN FACTORS AND FLIGHT SAFETY COURSE 2023
BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Friday 17 February 2023 – The
Closing Ceremony for Human Factors and Flight Safety Awareness Course
was held today by No. 75 Squadron, No. 7 Wing, Royal Brunei Air Force
(RBAirF). The course was held for two weeks, from 06 February 2023 until
16 February 2023, with 9-course participants from Ground Support
Equipment (GSE) and Technical Equipment Maintenance Department (TEMD)
personnel of No. 5 Wing, Support Group, RBAirF.
PILOT WING PRESENTATION CEREMONY FOR 07 RBAirF OFFICERS
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Friday, 17 February 2023 – The Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) held a Pilot Wing Presentation Ceremony for seven (7) RBAirF officers at the Rajawali Hall, RBAirF Headquarters, as they completed an 11-month Fixed Wing Flying Training Course (BFT) at Air Combat Australia, New South Wales, Australia and another 09 months for the Basic Helicopter Course (BHC) both in Australia and RBAirF.

Officers from Officer Cadet School Intake 21 have completed their 1-week
Induction Programme, which commenced on 13 February 2023 until 17
February 2023 and was held by Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) Human
Resources Cell which marks the beginning of a new journey for the newly
commissioned Officers.
TWO RBAirF OFFICERS GRADUATES FROM AIR WARFARE OFFICER COURSE IN REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE
REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE, Friday, 17 February 2023 – Air Warfare Officer (AWO) course was conducted by the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) which began on 22 August 2022 and ended on 17 February 2023. With 32 trainees, the course took place in the Air Force Training Command (AFTC) and Chong Pang Camp (CPC), Singapore. Representing Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) was Lieutenant (U) Iz’aan Na’im Iylia’ bin Awang Julaihi of 238 Squadron, No. 2 Wing, RBAirF, and Lieutenant (U) Abdul Qawiy bin Haji Muhd Ya’kub of 233 Squadron, No. 2 Wing.
RBAirF HELD A THANKSGIVING PRAYER CEREMONY IN CONJUNCTION WITH HIS ROYAL HIGHNESS THE CROWN PRINCE 49TH BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION

Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) held a thanksgiving prayer ceremony in
conjunction with His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah ibni
His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, the
Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office 49th
Birthday Celebration at Surau Al-Barakah, Rimba Air Force Base (Rimba
AFB).
