SURAH YAASIN AND TAHLIL RECITATION EVENT IN CONJUCTION WITH THE ROYAL BRUNEI AIR FORCES 56th ANNIVERSARY
BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Tuesday, 14 June 2022 – Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) held a Surah Yaasin and Tahlil event for the late parents and son of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam; Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Muhammad Jamalul Alam, Al-Marhumah Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit binti Al-Marhum Pengiran Bendahara Pengiran Anak Abdul Rahman, and Al-Marhum His Royal Highness Prince Haji ‘Abdul ‘Azim ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Muizzaddin Waddaulah at the Royal Mausoleum.

RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE (RIMBA AFB), Tuesday, 13 June 2022
– His Excellency, Dr. Sujatmiko, Ambassador Extraordinary and
Plenipotentiary to Negara Brunei Darussalam paid a visit to Royal Brunei
Air Force (RBAirF). Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohammad
Sharif bin Dato Paduka Haji Ibrahim, Commander of RBAirF and Lieutenant
Colonel (U) Schufin bin Hj Brahim, Wing Commander No. 5 Wing were
present to welcome His Excellency to Hangar B, RBAirF. Also present in
His Excellency’s delegation were Colonel Doddy Suhadiman, Indonesian
Defense Attaché, and Major Tinton Kurniawan, Indonesian Assistant
Defense Attaché.
RBAirF OFFICERS HELD DINNER NIGHT
BERAKAS, Saturday, 11 June 2022 – The Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) held a Dinner Night at the Officers’ Mess, Berakas Garrison. The event was held to commemorate the service of the former Commander Support Group (CSG) and in welcoming the newly commissioned Officers of Intake 20 as well as in congratulating the newly wedded RBAirF Officers.
RBAIRF OFFICER GRADUATES FROM AEROSYSTEMS SPECIALIST ENGINEER TRAINING (ASET) COURSE
Captain (U) Ameer Farhan bin Zailani from the Royal Brunei Air Force
(RBAirF) has officially graduated from the 10th Aerosystems Specialist
Engineer Training (ASET) course in RAF Cosford, United Kingdom today.
Also present was Lieutenant Colonel (U) Mohammed Hairy Erwandy bin Raya,
Defence Advisor of Brunei Darussalam to the United Kingdom to witness
the certificate presentation to the graduating officers.
PERISAI BIRU EXERCISE BY NO.2 WING ROYAL BRUNEI AIR FORCE (RBAirF)
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE (RIMBA AFB), Wednesday, 08 June 2022 – 236 Squadron of No. 2 Wing initiated Latihan Perisai Biru for four days from 07 to 10 June 2022, at the Rimba AFB. The training also involved personnel from the Regimental Police Flight of No. 6 Wing, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) and the 233 Squadron. A total of 105 personnel participated in this training for four days.
RBAIRF OFFICER GRADUATES FROM ENGINEERING OFFICER FOUNDATION TRAINING (COMMUNICATION-ELECTRONICS) COURSE
UNITED KINGDOM, Tuesday, 07 June 2022 – Lieutenant (U) Ahmad Abdurrahim bin Haji Jalbah has completed the Engineering Officer Foundation Training (Communication – Electronics) Course in a graduation ceremony held today, making him the second Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) officer to graduate from such a course.
