RBAirF INITIATED PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES DURING TROOPLIFT OPERATION AS MITIGATION EFFORTS AGAINST COVID-19
Rimba Air Force Base, Wednesday, 18 August 2021 - No.11 Squadron, No. 1 Wing, RBAirF today deployed a Blackhawk S-70i to conduct trooplift extraction flight for RBLF personnel conducting land patrol.

received a video teleconference with Air Marshal Mel Hupfeld, the Chief
of Royal Australian Air Force. Also present was RBAirF Acting Chief of
Staff.
RBAirF DEPLOYED TASK FORCE SUPPORT PERSONNEL TO ASSIST JFHQ FOR NATIONAL REQUIREMENT IN COMBATTING THE SPREAD OF COVID-19
Rimba Air Force Base, Monday, 16 August 2021 – With the increase in daily reported
COVID-19 cases, RBAirF Task Force Support (TFS) personnel were requested to
assist JFHQ in support of national requirement in combatting the spread of
COVID-19. This includes a platoon size for Civil-Military Cooperation (CIMIC)
from No. 2 Wing, RBAirF deployed at Community Isolation Centre PKBN Temburong,
attachment of manpower support manning at Task Force Support Operation Room,
Vaccination Centre and transporting task by the Mobile Admin Support Team
(MAST) for hospital equipment.
