BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Wednesday 12 July 2023 – Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD) organized a three-day event Career Fair from Wednesday, 12 July 2023 until Friday, 14 July 2023 at the Chancellor Hall, UBD. This is a yearly career exploration event that gives students and the general public a chance to interact and connect with potential employers.
The purpose of the Career Fair is to expose students and the general public to the various fields that are available in the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) and to pique their interest in exploring those fields.
The Career Fair commenced with an opening speech by Dr. Haji Azman bin Ahmad, the Permanent Secretary for Higher Education. Representing the Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) was Lieutenant (U) Abdul Qawie bin Abidin, in support of the UBD Career Fair 2023. The RBAirF booth was filled with brochures and static displays from each Wing and respective personnel from every Wing were also invited throughout the three-day fair; given the opportunity to provide exposure on the career available in their respective unit.
TUDB MENYERTAI PAMERAN KERJAYA UBD 2023
BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Rabu 12 Julai 2023 – Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD) telah menganjurkan Pameran Kerjaya selama tiga hari bermula Rabu, 12 Julai 2023 hingga Jumaat, 14 Julai 2023 di Dewan Canselor, UBD. Acara ini merupakan acara Pameran Kerjaya tahunan yang memberi peluang kepada pelajar dan orang awam untuk berinteraksi dan berhubung dengan bakal majikan.
Tujuan Pameran Kerjaya diadakan adalah untuk mendedahkan pelajar dan orang ramai kepada pelbagai bidang yang terdapat dalam Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (ABDB) dan menarik minat mereka untuk menerokai bidang tersebut.
Pameran Kerjaya dimulakan dengan ucapan perasmian oleh Dr. Haji Azman bin Ahmad Setiausaha Tetap Pengajian Tinggi. Turut hadir di Pameran Kerjaya itu ialah Leftenan (U) Abdul Qawie bin Abidin, mewakili Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei (TUDB) dalam menyokong Pameran Kerjaya UBD 2023. TUDB turut mempamerkan beberapa risalah dan pameran statik dari setiap Cawangan yang mana, anggota dari setiap Cawangan juga turut dijemput sepanjang pameran tiga hari itu; diberi peluang untuk memberi pendedahan tentang kerjaya yang ada di unit masing-masing.
