
CHANGI, REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE, Thursday, 2 November 2023 – Exercise Coordinated Response (Ex COORES) Table Top Exercise (TTX) 2023, co-organised by the Disaster Management Committee, Ministry of National Defence, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) Changi Regional HADR Coordination Centre (Changi RHCC), and the United States Centre for Excellence in Disaster Management and Humanitarian Assistance (CFE-DM) was held at the Changi Command and Control Centre (CC2C), Changi Naval Base from 30 October to 02 November 2023. It was participated by more than 180 personnel from 26 militaries and 25 civilian organisations. The RBAirF was represented by Lieutenant Colonel (U) Mohd Anwar Shah bin Haji Napiah, Commanding Officer, No. 3 Wing.
The exercise started off with academic presentations by various participating organisations on key topics such as the Multi National Coordination Centre (MNCC) standard operating procedures and its concept of operations. This was followed by Focus Group Discussions on Humanitarian Aid and Disaster Relief (HADR) related matters that allow cross-sharing of knowledge and experience among participants, before transiting to the Table Top Exercise.
The aim of the exercise is to help nations in the Multi National Coordination Centre to collectively plan and respond to a disaster in a country where they could be called on to assist the affected country. The exercise not only sharpened the ability to provide a coordinated response but also reaffirmed the close ties between the various participating nations and organisations.

Objektif eksesais tersebut adalah untuk membantu negara-negara dalam
Multi National Coordination Centre untuk secara kolektif merancang dan bertindak untuk menangani bencana di negara yang terjejas. Eksesais tersebut bukan sahaja meningkatkan keupayaan untuk memberikan respons secara kolektif tetapi juga mengeratkan hubungan rapat antara pelbagai negara dan organisasi yang mengambil bahagian.
