RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Friday, 30 December 2022 – A total of 50 Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) male Privates and 03 RBAirF female Privates have completed their four-day Induction Programme, which commenced from 27 December 2022 until 30 December 2022.
The Induction Programme started with an introductory remark and a brief explanation of the RBAirF organisation at the Ground Training Area, 31 Squadron by the RBAirF Human Resources Cell. The programme involved the new intake in cleaning campaign, early morning sports, Foreign Object Debris (FOD) walks and weekly religious activities to provide them with an understanding of the routine activities in the Rimba Air Force Base (Rimba AFB).
This programme extended to briefings such as from Records, Security, Anti-Drugs, Discipline, Pay and Corporal Club to prepare the new Privates on their new working environment in the RBAirF and proceed to their respective Groups and Wings.
Before the end of the programme, the new Privates had a dialogue session with Colonel (U) Hishamuddin bin Abidin, the Acting Deputy Commander of RBAirF, which covered the importance of regimentation and emphasised the significance of following orders and the belief in self-improvement through career development.

PANGKALAN TENTERA UDARA RIMBA, Juma’at, 30 Disember 2022 - Seramai 50 Soldadu lelaki Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei (TUDB) dan 03 Askar Wanita TUDB telah menamatkan Program Induksi mereka selama 04 hari, yang bermula dari 27 Disember 2022 hingga 30 Disember 2022.
Program Induksi dimulakan dengan ucapan pengenalan dan penerangan ringkas organisasi TUDB di bilik Ground Training Area, Skuadron 31, yang disampaikan oleh Sel Sumber Manusia, TUDB. Program tersebut merangkumi pelbagai aktiviti bagi semua Soldadu TUDB baru terlibat dalam kempen pembersihan, sukan pagi, Foreign Object Debris (FOD) Walks dan aktiviti keagamaan mingguan untuk memberi kefahaman akan aktiviti rutin yang ada di Pangkalan Tentera Udara Rimba (PTU Rimba).
Program ini juga memberikan taklimat yang diperlukan seperti Rekod, Keselamatan, Anti-Dadah, Disiplin, Gaji dan Kelab Koperal bagi mempersiapkan Soldadu baru dengan persekitaran kerja baharu mereka di TUDB sebelum di serahkan ke kumpulan dan cawangan masing-masing.
Sebelum tamat program, sesi dialog bersama Kolonel (U) Hishamuddin bin Abidin, Pemangku Timbalan Pemerintah TUDB turut dilaksanakan. Sesi tersebut menekankan kepentingan regimentasi dalam diri dan kepentingan mematuhi arahan serta mempunyai kepercayaan terhadap peningkatan diri melalui perkembangan kerjaya.
