‘FIRESIDE CHAT’ WITH THE RBAirF COMMANDER SPARKS DYNAMIC CONVERSATIONS AT RIMBA AFB
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Friday, 04 August 2023 – No. 1 Wing, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) hosted an engaging ‘Fireside Chat’ session with Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohammad Sharif bin Dato Paduka Haji Ibrahim, the RBAirF Commander at the RBAirF Officers’ Lounge, Rimba Air Force Base (Rimba AFB). This session, moderated by Major (U) Muhammad Izdihar bin Haji Imran, proved to be a vibrant platform for officers to discuss a plethora of topics and issues in a relaxed and laid-back setting.
RBAirF SPOUSE GUIDEBOOK BRIEF
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Sunday, 06 August 2023 - To enable spouses of our Airmen and Airwomen to better understand our organisation and their roles in supporting their military spouses, the Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) will launch its inaugural Spouse Guidebook. Designed to answer wide-ranging and frequently asked questions by spouses, the guidebook provides a wealth of knowledge for spouses to learn more about the organisation and better understand their spouses’ roles as members of the armed forces. The guidebook also offers guidance on protocol, etiquette, and other useful information.
NO. 3 WING HELD CLEANING CAMPAIGN AT LUMAPAS MUSLIM CEMETERY IN CONJUNCTION WITH RBAF 62ND ANNIVERSARY
KAMPONG LUMAPAS, Friday, 04 August 2023 - In conjunction with Royal Brunei Armed Force (RBAF)’s 62nd Anniversary, No. 3 Wing, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) held a cleaning campaign, recitation of Surah Yassin, Tahlil and Doa Arwah at Lumapas Muslim Cemetery for the late Staff Sergeant (U) Haji Sahaddin bin Haji Agan.
BADGE AND CERTIFICATE PRESENTATION CEREMONY FOR THE AIR DEFENCE TROOP COMMANDER COURSE SESSION 2023/2024
BUKIT AGOK, Thursday, 04 August 2023 - The badge and certificate ceremony for the Air Defence Troop Commander Course Session 2023/2024 at the Bukit Agok Firing Range. A total of 05 Officers from No. 2 Wing, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) attended the course which was conducted over a period of 09 weeks by 77 Squadron, No. 7 Wing, RBAirF. Present at the event as the Guest of Honour was Colonel (U) Haji Hishamuddin bin Haji Abidin, Acting Deputy Commander of RBAirF as well as other Officers and invited guests.
NO.2 WING CONDUCTED A FIVE-DAY LIVE FIRING RANGE WEEK
PENANJONG GARRISON, Friday, 04 August 2023 – No. 2 Wing, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) held a five-day Live Firing Range Week from 31 July to 4 August 2023, at the Field Firing Area (FFA). The Live Firing Range Week was conducted with pyrotechnic ammunition, small arms weapons, and support weapons.
PROMOTION CEREMONY FOR 06 PERSONNEL OF NO. 5 WING, RBAirF
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Monday, 31 July 2023 – No. 5 Wing, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) held a Promotion Ceremony for 06 Junior Non-Commissioned Officers (JNCOs) at No. 5 Wing Headquarters, Hangar B, Rimba Air Force Base (Rimba AFB).
