RBAirF COMMANDER RECEIVES INTRODUCTORY CALL FROM THE DEFENCE ATTACHE EMBASSY OF JAPAN IN MALAYSIA ACCREDITED TO BRUNEI DARUSSALAM

– Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohammad Sharif bin Dato
Paduka Haji Ibrahim, the Commander of the Royal Brunei Air Force
(RBAirF) received an introductory call from Commander Ishikawa Kiyoshi,
the Defence Attaché Embassy of Japan in Malaysia accredited to Brunei
Darussalam today. Also, in attendance were Lieutenant Commander Kentaro
Sugimoto, Japan Security and Defence Affairs in Brunei Darussalam and
his successor, Lieutenant Wada Toshifumi.
RBAirF HELD EID UL-ADHA PRAYER 1443H
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Sunday, 10 July 2022
– Muslims throughout the country today celebrated Hari Raya Eid Ul-Adha
with mass prayers held at mosques and Suraus nationwide including
Suraus in the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) garrisons, camps and
bases. For Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF), Eid ul-Adha Prayer was held
at Surau Al-Barakah, Rimba Air Force Base (Rimba AFB).
RBAirF HELD TAKBIR IN CONJUNCTION WITH EID UL-ADHA 1443H

– In the spirit of celebrating Eid Ul-Adha 1443H, Royal Brunei Air
Force (RBAirF) held Malam Takbir on the eve of 9th Zulhijjah 1443H at
Surau Al-Barakah, Rimba Air Force Base (Rimba AFB).

– A total of 70 Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) male Privates have
completed their 5-day Induction Programme, which commenced from 04 July
2022 until 08 July 2022, under the supervision of the RBAirF Human
Resources Cell. The Induction Programme started with an introductory
remark and a brief explanation of the RBAirF organisation from
Lieutenant (U) Wan Qatrunnada Alwani binti Muhammad Kasim at the Ground
Training Area, 31 Squadron, Rimba Air Force Base (Rimba AFB).

(RBAirF) received a courtesy call from Colonel (Armament Corps) Oliver
Tabart, the Defence Technology Attaché Embassy of France in the Republic
of Singapore accredited to Brunei Darussalam today. Also, in attendance
was His Excellency Bernard Regnauld-Fabre, the Ambassador of France to
Brunei Darussalam.
RBAIRF HEADQUARTERS JOINS ROUTINE FOREIGN OBJECT DEBRIS (FOD) WALK
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Monday, 04 July 2022 – Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) personnel from the Headquarters have joined the Foreign Object Debris (FOD) Walk at the Rimba Air Force Base (Rimba AFB) apron. The weekly walk was attended by Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohammad Sharif bin Dato Paduka Haji Ibrahim, the Commander of the RBAirF. Besides aircrew and engineers within the hangar, the Deputy Commander of RBAirF, RBAirF Chief of Staff, RBAirF HQ personnel and personnel from No. 7 Wing also joined the walk.
