PROMOTION CEREMONY FOR SENIOR NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICERS AND JUNIOR NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICERS OF NO. 2 WING OPERATIONS GROUP RBAirF
Berakas Garrison, Friday, 04 February 2022 –
No. 2 Wing Operations Group RBAirF held the promotion ceremonY for 08
Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCOs) and 20 Junior Non-Commissioned
Officers (JNCOs). Present as the Guest of Honour for the events was
Major (U) Amierul Halpi bin Talip, Commanding Officer of No. 2 Wing,
Operations Group RBAirF. Also present at the ceremony were Officers,
Senior NCOs and Junior NCOs of No. 2 Wing, Operations Group RBAirF.
HANDOVER CEREMONY FOR RBAirF COMMANDER OPERATIONS GROUP
Rimba Air Force Base, Monday, 31 January 2022 – The Operations Group Headquarters, RBAirF held a Handover Ceremony between Colonel (U) Hismawadi bin Hj Mohd Said, the outgoing Commander Operations Group, with Lieutenant Colonel (U) Hishamuddin bin Abidin, the incoming Commander Operations Group at Air Movement Centre, Rimba Air Force Base today. Also in attendance were Senior Officers, Officers, Regimental Sergeant Major and RBAirF personnel.

Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, the Crown
Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and
Pro-Chancellor of Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD) consented to grace
the afternoon session of the 33rd Convocation Ceremony of UBD and
presented the certificates to the graduates today at the Chancellor
Hall, UBD.

Paduka Seri Haji Ibrahim, the Commander of RBAirF received a virtual
call from Major General Connor Anthony D Canlas, the Commanding General,
Philippine Air Force (PAF). Also present during the session was RBAirF
Chief of Staff.
RBAirF PARTICIPATES IN MALAM MUNAJAT ORGANIZED BY MINISTRY OF RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Saturday, 22 January 2022 – The Royal Brunei Air Force participated in the Malam Munajat which was organized by the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Negara Brunei Darussalam. The focal point for the Ministry of Defence and Royal Brunei Armed Forces was Surau Ad-Difa, Bolkiah Garrison, where the Guest of Honour was the Honorable Second Minister of Defence. This was also broadcasted via VTC and was joined by personnel and civilian staff members from the Ministry of Defence and RBAF.
